Service Description

Our Tabata Body Burn is a full body circuit training session that focuses on low impact, high volume training using bodyweight resistance, booty bands, 10lb weights, elastics, gliders and more. Every body part gets targeted in intervals of 45 seconds work, 15 seconds rest. A fun and rewarding class! All levels.
