Zen Yoga West Hollywood is a boutique yoga fitness studio located in the heart of West Hollywood. We have formatted a schedule that fuses a variety of challenging classes around a yoga core.

Our small class size allows for one on one interaction and adjustments under the guidance of our experienced instructors. Raise your practice to the next level and join us in creating a small community of friends and neighbors who share a love of yoga based health and fitness. We are so excited to once again open up our doors to live studio classes and get back to the energy and joy of communal fitness.  Weekly class offerings range from our signature Yoga Sculpt, CBD Restorative and Flows to more high intensity fitness formats including Tabata, Bootcamp Sculpt and Body Blast. Additionally, the studio offers private time for individual and group use of our spin bikes, row machine, TRX, trampoline and heavy bag, as well as weights, bands and all equipment you would need for an hour of individualized fun and fitness.  Please email info@zenyogastudioweho.com with any inquiries, or stop by and say hello in person. Wake Up and Workout West Hollywood




By entering Zen Yoga West Hollywood, clients and instructors are consenting to comply with all safety protocol set forth by the studio, the City of West Hollywood and/ or City of Los Angeles. 
Zen Yoga West Hollywood assumes no liability if a person becomes ill from Covid 19 and each client entering the premises is responsible for his/her health and safety in regards to proper use of social distancing, sanitizing, and PPE.
Due to the Covid-19 public health crisis, safety protocol is subject to change at anytime and for any reason. 
We can all work together to create safe environments for communal fitness!
Clients and instructors are asked to pre-screen themselves and refrain from entering the studio if the answer to any of the following questions is "YES"
*Are you showing signs of illness including coughing, sneezing, body aches, extreme fatigue and/or fever?
*Are you taking care of a Covid-19 sick family member or friend?
*Have you travelled on an airplane within the last 2 weeks?
*Have you tested positive for Covid-19 within the last 4 weeks?
Please pre-register for classes online. Space is limited to 6 people per class. we will not be accepting walk-ins at this time
Please enter the studio wearing a mask
Please bring your own mat, towel, yoga blocks and blankets as needed per format
Mats and sets of blocks are available for purchase for $25
Please bring your own water receptacle. We do have filtered water for refills as well as water for sale
Temperatures will be taken upon entering the studio and anyone with an elevated reading will be asked to go home
Latex gloves are available for use during handling of equipment as well as disinfecting wipes for before and after class
We recommend everyone use hand sanitizer upon entry and exit from the studio
Classes are spaced to give time for appropriate disinfecting and cleaning  
of all common spaces, equipment, and surfaces between sessions

Jessica Greene

Jessica Greene Jessica grew up as a dancer & was introduced to Bikram in high school. Originally from Boston, she moved to LA to attend USC & study acting. After graduating she became a certified fitness instructor from the American Council of Exercise and completed her 200hr YTT through YogaWorks. She teaches to inspire others to push beyond their mental limits and find physical expression to connect with one's inner self. Classes: Tone & Flow Mondays & Wednesdays @ 9am

Camila Santos Born and raised in Argentina, Camila is a certified Therapeutic Yoga and Trauma Training instructor. She founded Mila Method, a workout technique combining yoga, Pilates and dance. With 10 yrs experience, Camila works with her students to overcome injuries, build core and strength and ultimately have a challenging and fun workout. Classes: Yogalates, Yoga Barre, Yoga Sculpt ​


Jeanne DiNovis Originally from Pennsylvania, Jeanne has actively practiced Yoga for over 8 years and completed her 200RYT certification through YogaWorks in 2013. After knee surgery, she used yoga as a form of physical and mental healing and enjoys sharing the practice with others who have similar experiences. Her classes challenge students to connect deeply to their movements. Classes: Vinyasa & Yogalates

Teo Chapelier Born In France, and teaching Yoga in LA for the last 4 years, Teo specializes in leading international Yoga Retreats as well as various Flow styles. As a teacher and student, he is humbled every time he gets to share his practice and help others follow their path towards growth and transformation.Certification RYT - 200 Classes; Gentle Flow, Yin, Power, Little Yoga Flow


Madeleine Barmark Originally from Stockholm Sweden, Madeleine is a full time yoga instructor dedicated to helping people improve their well being. She is certified to teach Power, Yin, Smartflow and Ashtanga, primary series and has been fortunate to study with talents like Annie Carpenter (Smartflow) and Tim Miller (Ashtanga) Classes: Yoga Sculpt Fridays @12pm

Brandee Aquino Brandee’s classes encourage students of all levels to challenge themselves through focused mindful movements, curated sequencing/ transitions, and alignment-based cues aimed to improve functionality, mobility, and balance within their bodies. She weaves in tools such as pranayama (breath-work), sensory cues, analogies, humor, and insights from her heart to cultivate a safe space for students to turn inward and reflect. Classes: CBD Candlelight, Core Flow, Zen Dance Flow


Derik Edan Derik is a USAF Veteran with 200RYT certification from Core Power. Born in New York City and raised in Bogota, Colombia he has practiced yoga for over 8 years in 3 continents. His classes focus on strengthening the connection between body and mind as a means of practicing Upeksha (Equanimity) and fostering a love for the present moment. Classes: Sat 8am Vinyasa

Noelle Nelson

Noelle Nelson Noelle was born and raised in Las Vegas. She moved to L.A. to follow her dreams as she grew her personal and teaching practice. She began practicing meditation and pranayama in 2011 and Yoga shortly after in 2012. She became a member at TruFusion in 2014, and in 2016 went through her 200 hr registered Yoga teacher training. Noelle has training in Aromatherapy, Barre, Kids, Restorative, Sculpt, & Yin Yoga. Classes: Barre Sculpt, Yogalates, Yoga Sculpt, Flow & Restore

Brandee Hewlett

Brandee Hewlett Brandee acquired her 200 hr training in India with Trimurti School of Yoga & has continued her studies through the teachings of Govind Das Bhakti Yoga Shala, Trauma Informed training, & Ganga Yoga training w/ Dee Dussault. Classes: CBD Candlelight Tuesdays @7:45pm


Sid Montz Sid was introduced to Hatha Yoga & Buddhism in 1987 in La Jolla, CA while studying directing @ UCSD. He has primarily practiced Bikram in LA and New Orleans for the past 25 yrs. Sid studied @ Yogaworks for his 200TT and his 300TT. He went on to study Yin Yoga w/ internationally acclaimed MYT and author Bernie Clark & Diana Batts @ Semperviva Yoga in Vancouver. He went on to study Yin w/ Sarah Powers, Classes: Restorative Thursdays @ 7:45pm Yin Sundays @ 12:15pm


Efi Landau Originally from Israel, Efi has been practicing Yoga for 15 years and teaching for 13. She is a certified Yoga & Pilates teacher w/over 600 hrs of training @ the Wingate Institute in Tel-Aviv.She is also a certified personal trainer & Kid's Yoga instructor. Efi enjoys challenging her students to with a core building workout that build flexibility and strength. Classes: Yoga Sculpt Tuesdays @ 6:30pm


Lesley Lisner Originally from France, Leslie received her yoga certification through Yoga Alliance and specializes in Yin, Restorative & Vinyasa. Yoga was an important tool Leslie used to help her physically recover from a major horse riding injury and she encourages others with injuries to regain flexibility, balance & strength. Leslie regards Yin as an internal practice that helps to destress, ease tension, dissolve boundaries allowing for unification of body, mind & spirit. Classes: Yin
